STANDARD AND EXPRESS TRACKED SHIPPING OPTIONS are available which will automatically be calculated and applied at checkout. Please note express postage will not expedite the processing time of your order - only the postage time. 

PROCESSING TIMES on all orders apply. Please allow 5-7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be fulfilled. Postage timeframes are additional to the making time of garments or other products that require manufacturing. Orders will be posted from Melbourne, Australia.

SHIPPING DELAYS: The global COVID - 19 pandemic has seen many businesses go online to continue operating. This has impacted the postage time frames for Australia Post and private couriers significantly. Expect longer than usual delays when making your purchase. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are posted via Australia Post and the cost is calculated based on location at checkout. All prices are shown in Australian dollars ($AUD). All orders are processed in Australian dollars ($AUD). For all international orders the responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. ownsit! is not responsible for any additional fees.

TRACKING on all orders with paid shipping at checkout can be tracked within Australia. Tracking number and confirmation emails will be provided to the email address provided at check out. Please check your junk email for this confirmation prior to emailing ownsit! requesting tracking information. Still no luck, send an email to hello@ownsit.com.au and we will be happy to follow up for you.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct – we are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped. ownsit! will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items whilst in the hands of postage agencies.
